Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Technical Analyst’s primary mandate is to capture, analyze, and document the Functional and Technical Requirements to be used by NRT’s Development Team in relation to Software Development activities for NRT’s suite of products. This role will be a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the documentation is precise, actionable, and aligned with architectural and operational standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit and refined business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into technical documentation such as:
Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs)
System Architecture Overviews
API and integration specifications
Work cross-departmentally to ensure documentation supports implementation, testing, and deployment
Participate in technical design sessions, sprint planning, and architecture reviews to validate requirements and ensure traceability.
Maintain documentation repositories and version control using tools such as Confluence, Git, or SharePoint.
Support quality assurance and UAT by reviewing test plans and validating that solutions meet documented requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, templates, and governance processes.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in Technical Analyst, Software Development or related roles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, Software Development Lifecycles, and system integration principles
Demonstrated ability to write clear, structured, and technically accurate documentation for diverse technical audiences
Proficiency with tool such as MS Suite, JIRA, Confluence,
Fluency in English (oral and written). French language is considered an asset
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Be able to travel internationally
