In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the division, working closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure efficient and effective service for our leaders. You will manage a range of high-priority tasks and maintain strong working relationships across the team. How You'll Succeed Expense Processing: You will take ownership of accurate and timely expense processing for a dynamic Capital Markets team using Coupa, ensuring all submissions and remittances adhere to company policies and procedures. You will proactively resolve discrepancies, provide guidance on expense-related and remittance inquiries, and support the Executive Assistants in maintaining seamless administrative support. Administrative Support: You will manage additional administrative tasks as needed, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and in line with company policies. Relationship Building: You will foster strong working relationships within the Capital Markets team, proactively offering support where needed to help drive team success. Your collaborative approach will contribute to a seamless and professional support experience. Who You Are You bring 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support in an administrative role; post-secondary education is considered an asset. You are an exceptional communicator. You are highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and have a passion for learning new technologies.
