Provides support in the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programs collaborating with Stakeholders to address the needs of the organization Support in the annual merit increase process, coordinating where necessary budget accruals, approvals, the development and deployment of merit guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining of processes in close coordination with HRBP teams and BSC Support in the annual incentive payouts across all entities, coordinating closely with HRBP teams and BSC Support and advise FLSA analysis and compliance.
