Events & Catering Coordinator

Reports To: Events & Catering Manager
About the Role
The Events & Catering Coordinator is at the heart of LOCA’s most memorable moments — from private dinners and corporate luncheons to large-scale community celebrations. This role supports the sale, coordination, and flawless execution of all onsite and offsite catering events. You’ll work closely with our culinary, retail, and leadership teams to deliver experiences that reflect LOCA’s commitment to quality, creativity, and genuine hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the planning and coordination of all catering events, including menu planning, logistics, and client communication.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs, manage details, and ensure every event feels seamless and personal.
Support the sales process, from initial inquiry through event wrap-up and follow-up communication.
Collaborate with kitchen, retail, and service teams to ensure timing, presentation, and standards exceed expectations.
Maintain detailed event files, checklists, production timelines, and post-event notes.
Represent LOCA professionally at tastings, events, and client meetings — both on- and off-site.
Assist with set-up, service, and teardown as needed to ensure successful execution.
Participate in marketing initiatives and social promotions related to catering and events.
