What are your contributions to the team?
Reporting to the Director, Technical Services, you will ensure that the Technical Services green and interior aircraft deliverables are managed on time and within budget to satisfy customer expectations. You will coordinate the Technical Services responses to customers, technical investigations, and customer communications and forums by working alongside Engineering, Program Office, Customer Response Center, Product Development, Parts Logistic, Technical Publications and Vendors.
Oversee general administration of Technical Services activities
Manage and Coordinate deliverables: provide weekly status reports, monthly program reviews, and manage and report team actions and progress
Oversee departmental statement of work (SOW) and schedule integration
Provide budget forecasting and performance measurement
Coordinate activities with suppliers for in-service support
Maintain excellent working relationship with suppliers and customers
Support Technical Briefing to Customers
Identify issues / roadblocks to management that could jeopardize project success.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the equivalent
You have a minimum of 10 years aerospace experience in customer support
You have demonstrated leadership skills, you have excellent business acumen and show creativity in problem solving. You work well in a team-based environment
You have strong analytical skills
You have good communication and presentation skills
You are bilingual (English and French)
