About DashFi
DashFi is a rapidly growing, profitable FinTech startup disrupting the $800 billion advertising economy. Through unmatched cashback credit solutions, novel Ad Pay Protection, and AI-powered financial tools, we empower businesses to unlock new levels of efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Since launching in 2020, we’ve helped a wide range of direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands, venture-backed startups, and high-growth SaaS companies. As we scale, we're looking for exceptional talent to join us on our mission to empower businesses to scale smarter and grow without limits.
Role Overview
DashFi is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to join our rapidly growing Sales team and drive operational excellence across the sales organization. You’ll own the design and execution of enablement programs across BDRs, AEs, and Sales Leaders—building the systems, skills, and communication that keep the team aligned, informed, and performing at a high level. If you’re excited to build, refine, and operationalize sales enablement from the ground up—driving real impact across our GTM team—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Lead change management across the revenue org by ensuring new priorities, tools, and processes are clearly communicated, adopted, and reinforced through training and ongoing support
Own and scale onboarding, skill development, and role-readiness program while partnering with Sales, RevOps and Product Marketing to translate GTM priorities into repeatable behaviours
Build and maintain a sales competency model for reps and managers, providing clarity on expectations, skill progression, and performance standards
Design and deliver enablement programs that lead rep and manager enablement through structured coaching, live deal support, and programs that strengthen coaching, pipeline inspection, and leadership capabilities
Design and deliver enablement programs for new product launches and vertical plays in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Success
Build and operationalize playbooks, battlecards, and objection-handling frameworks in tools like Notion, Gong, and HubSpot while leveraging AI to personalize coaching and unlock real-time GTM insights
Analyze deal friction and turn it into high-impact learning programs that drive conversion, speed, and confidence
Measure and report on enablement impact by tracking ramp time, attainment, forecasting accuracy, and rep productivity to drive continuous improvement
Own internal sales communications to keep GTM teams aligned on strategy, priorities, and updates across the company
Work closely with RevOps on workflow optimization, CRM hygiene, and performance intelligence
Align with Customer Success and post-sale teams to drive adoption, expansion, and lifecycle selling
Must-Haves:
2+ years in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role (AE, AM, or similar).
3+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement, with ownership of onboarding, coaching, or program design.
Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of modern selling techniques (buyer enablement, multithreading, negotiation, value selling).
Experience leading through change — simplifying complex GTM priorities into clear, actionable communication.
Proficiency with enablement and GTM tools such as HubSpot, Gong, Notion, and related analytics platforms.
Experience delivering enablement programs for SKOs, QBRs, and product or feature launches.
Strategic thinker with a builder mindset — able to design systems and frameworks from the ground up.
Must be based in the US or Canada.
Preferred Experience:
Experience designing role competency models and internal mobility programs (e.g., BDR-to-AE pathing).
Background in eCommerce-focused or FinTech SaaS environments.
Familiarity with enablement metrics and reporting frameworks that tie training impact to sales performance.
Experience supporting manager enablement — coaching, pipeline inspection, and leadership development.
Demonstrated success turning ambiguous initiatives into scalable, repeatable programs.
