We are looking for a Business Analyst whose mission will be to help the organization achieve its objectives by managing the scope and requirements for Supply chain UNIT (logistics) projects. As a key player at the heart of our operations, this role will allow you to have a direct impact on the processes and systems used in our facilities around the globe.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Play a strategic role with the Business teams to analyze and optimize the processes in the scoped domains to improve efficiency and optimize systems.
Analyze and document the business objectives and the solution by focusing on the Why, What and How. Prioritize clear and efficient visual representation.
Identify and manage the gaps between the requirements and the solution.
Work closely with and be the link for various cross-functional and development teams.
Participate actively in various continuous improvement projects, including planning, testing, and handover activities, always prioritizing the customer experience and best practices.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strong problem-solving skills, a positive demeanor and a go-getter attitude.
Being able to summarize complex ideas and communicate to multiple levels of hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism: French and English (written and spoken) in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec, or unilingual English speaker on a daily basis.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant subject areas and/or proven Business Analyst professional experience.
Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Good knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA.
Understanding of IT operational processes.
Experience with Agile methodology.
