As Head of Fraud Commercial Strategy, you will be accountable for defining and executing Nasdaq Verafin’s commercial approach for our Fraud product line. This high-impact role will shape how we position, sell, and scale fraud solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. You will align product direction with business objectives, empower sales teams, and influence go-to-market strategies to ensure success in a competitive market. You’ll thrive in this position if you bring deep domain expertise in banking and fraud, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales functions. Key Responsibilities Define and execute Nasdaq Verafin’s commercial strategy for Fraud, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives. Act as the bridge between Product Strategy and Sales to shape market definition, pricing, and revenue potential. Drive measurable improvements in sales execution and revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Represent the product vision in strategic customer and prospect meetings, gathering insights to inform go-to-market plans. Evangelize Nasdaq Verafin’s fraud solutions at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings. Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning based on market trends and field feedback. Partner with Product Management to share insights that influence the product roadmap. Identify and execute initiatives to expand adoption within existing accounts, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Required Qualifications Deep domain expertise in banking and fraud, with 10+ years of experience in fraud environments (ideally within G-SIBs or other large banks). Proven experience in SaaS sales strategy, enablement, or operations, with a track record of driving revenue growth. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to achieve shared goals. Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for empowering others. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g., Business, Economics, or related field) or equivalent senior leadership experience. Prior experience advising senior leadership or contributing to go-to-market strategy at scale. Familiarity with financial crime technology and its commercial implications.
