Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our national marketing and sales initiatives. Based in Oakville, you’ll help bring our brand to life by coordinating events and tradeshows, managing inbound leads, and supporting vendor marketing programs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and vendor partners to ensure flawless execution, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
This role is required to be in the office 2-3 times weekly or as needed. You must also be comfortable with occasional travel or extended hours for events.
What You’ll Do
Plan and coordinate logistics for national and regional tradeshows, conferences, and customer events
Manage booth registration, shipping, signage, and promotional materials
Maintain event calendars, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and vendors to meet event needs
Track and manage inventory of displays, banners, and promotional items
Support post-event reporting and lead follow-up
Review and qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, events, and vendor programs
Identify decision makers, needs, and buying timelines
Route qualified leads to Sales and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide weekly lead reports
Assist Market Segment Managers in executing vendor marketing initiatives
Track vendor leads and co-op documentation
Support reporting, invoicing, and POS submissions as required
Manage the shared marketing inbox and route requests appropriately
Support swag/apparel ordering and marketing material distribution
Jump in to help where needed with a Think Team First mindset
What You Bring
College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or sales enablement
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
