As a Marketing Lead at Affinity, you'll be the creative mastermind behind our content! You'll oversee, maintain, and enhance the creation and curation of content across various platforms, including websites, digital communication pieces, and social media. What you’ll do:
Lead the development and management of a content strategy for all platforms, including websites, personalized digital emails, social media, campaign deliverables, and other digital channels that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
Craft and execute a targeted social media strategy to maximize personalized ad buys, boost brand visibility, and drive website traffic.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of designers and content creators, ensuring that all content meets brand standards and is delivered on time. Oversee the quality of content, ensuring it’s engaging, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice and tone.
Design and execute creative assets for digital, print, and motion graphics for marketing and campaign material.
What you’ve got:
Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate knowledge of a broad range of marketing best practices, with specialized knowledge of digital personalization, channel delivery methods, innovative content marketing.
Advanced knowledge of graphic design, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes.
