Your Impact:
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a key leadership role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision making for assigned business units within the organization. This position will lead a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. The Director will partner closely with business unit leaders and senior finance management to provide insights that enable informed, data-driven decisions aligned with company objectives.
What the role offers:
Lead the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and monthly results for assigned business units.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support cost and resource allocations, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to business partners to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance cost allocations, forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Support long-term strategic planning and investment analyses for new products, markets, and business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial governance standards.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting: MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, ideally within the technology or software sector.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business performance analysis.
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Advanced Excel and financial planning system skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
