Your Impact
The Manager, Enterprise Applications oversees the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role bridges technical leadership, solution delivery management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth coordination between cross functional IT teams, engineering teams, product owners, and business units.
As a Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will:
Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects from planning through execution and deployment.
Define delivery roadmaps, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics; track progress and mitigate risks.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and drive agile adoption with the Agile Coach.
Identify automation opportunities and leverage AI technologies to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Provide technical leadership by guiding solution design, architecture reviews, and ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
Manage and mentor technical leads, developers, and analysts; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, translate business needs into technical workstreams, and deliver regular updates.
Implement governance for processes, quality assurance, security standards, release management, and post-deployment support.
What it takes to Succeed:
10+ years in software development, IT delivery, or technical project management; 3+ years in managerial or technical leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions with strong SDLC and Agile methodology expertise.
Ability to guide technical discussions, evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong technical skills in Python, C#, .NET, C/C++, Angular, Java, Oracle, SQL and experience with enterprise billing solutions (e.g., Zuora, SAP).
Hands-on experience with on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with DevOps, Automation, CI/CD practices.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills; strategic thinker with execution capability.
Highly collaborative, proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and influences cross-functional teams toward common goals.
