Your Impact
The Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will serve as a strategic finance leader, overseeing FP&A activities across multiple business units and driving the company’s long-term financial planning and decision-making processes. This individual will provide thought leadership, strategic guidance, and financial insights that influence company direction. The Senior Director will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals driving excellence in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business partnership.
What the role offers:
Oversee and guide the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis processes across multiple business units.
Partner closely with executive leadership and business unit heads to align financial strategies with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
Lead the development of Business Unit multi-year financial plan, incorporating business trends, competitive dynamics, and investment strategies.
Manage and develop a team of FP&A leaders and analysts, ensuring strong financial rigor, analytical capabilities, and leadership bench strength.
Drive strategic financial initiatives, including performance optimization, profitability analysis, and capital allocation.
Consolidate and present financial results and forecasts finance leaders and other senior executives, highlighting key drivers and risks.
Enhance forecasting methodologies, analytical frameworks, and financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic priorities through data-driven insights and scenario planning.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support growth strategies, product launches, and operational excellence.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Deep expertise in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business partnership within a technology or high-growth environment.
Proven success managing and developing senior finance professionals.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills; adept at synthesizing complex data into clear executive insights.
Strong command of financial systems and planning tools and experience in an AI driven environment
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and influence at all levels.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
