Position Summary
The Client Receptionist position serve as the initial contact to the Agency, from the public, either by telephone or in person. The Client Receptionist greets all visitors/clients to the Agency, offering the appropriate assistance to the visitors’ requirement. The positions also perform various administrative tasks crucial to effective functioning within the Front Office and the Organization at large. Additionally, and of substantial importance is the flexibility to provide relief coverage for job partners within the Front Office.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Computer experience, including use of Microsoft Office
3+ months of related experience or co-operative placement
Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
Additional Information
Candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check before an offer of employment may be made. Proof of education is required.
