Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
Participate in Design for Manufacturing through the Product Development Process (PDP)Manage manufacturing capacity expansion and footprint projects
Oversee new program capital expenditures
Develop and implement the advanced manufacturing engineering roadmap
What we are looking for:We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, as well as:Minimum of 10 years of engineering and manufacturing experience in a heavy fabrication and large-scale customized assembly environment
Experience working in an Integrated Product Development Team environment
Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc.)What's in it for you?
