SENIOR FLEXONICS CANADA (flexonics.com), a division of Senior Plc and headquartered in Brampton, ON, is looking for an ambitious Technical Sales Representative based out of Ontario and will grow our business by representing our industrial operations which manufacture/distributes engineered expansion joints, dampers, diverters, flexible hose assemblies and other systems that accommodate movement in piping systems. The primary market served is Nuclear Power Generation, also covers Oil \& Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial Processing, Pulp \& Paper, and HVAC

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with EPC contractors, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors and distributors, and end users on daily basis to assess their needs and provide creative solutions.
• Managing a complete B2B sales cycle of a project driven business including a prospecting for leads, presenting to engineers (lunch \& learn), managing RFQ/RFP stage, and closing the sale.
• Developing and conducting consultative selling and solution selling strategies.
• Creating and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, consistently searching for new and potential clients who may benefit from our services and products.
• Generating demand from the market for both current and potential new products and services.
• Providing pre-sale education and assistance to potential customers regarding products and services offered and their ability to satisfy organizational needs.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting problems with product implementation, providing solutions and ensuring the success of solution implementation.
• Developing and implementing growth strategy within a territory by meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Requirements
• Mechanical Engineer or Business Diploma with Mechanical Aptitude required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience
• The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing the nuclear industry.
• Proven sales track record involving engineered products and working with both plant and consulting engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Effective presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and experience presenting and positively influencing small to medium-sized groups.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize to maximize efficiency, effort, and results.
• Fluency in English.
