Job Description: Impactful Global Opportunity: Partner Marketing Campaign Optimization Manager
Purpose / Role
Are you passionate about creating and driving impactful lead generation campaigns? If so, this role is perfect for you! As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate with the regional NA Partner Marketing team, Brand (IC Team), Regional Campaign Hub, Product Management, and Product Marketing to craft compelling messaging and creative for lead generation campaign kits. You'll develop educational, solution and selection assets, along with tactical support materials, to empower our partners in North America (US \& CA) to maximize lead generation.
Join our growing Partner Ecosystem and make a global impact! In this role, you'll work closely with the NA Partner Marketing regional team to identify campaign needs across various products and verticals. You'll manage crucial relationships with the Product Business Unit and RTR Product Marketing to refine product messaging and value propositions. You'll also coordinate with internal teams and external content agencies to produce comprehensive campaign kits, before launching them through our partner platforms. Before finally, communicating the availability of campaigns and measuring their effectiveness with the NA Partner Marketing and by extension the NA partner community to ensure your activities drive SQO generation.

Key Responsibilities: What you will do?
Work with the NA Partner Marketing to build a campaign runway of required campaign kits and content assets
Work with Brand (IC team) and NA Regional Hub to identify new/existing content available to build a thru-partner campaigns kit.
Identify 'gaps' in available content to complete thru-partner kit, and liaise with RTR and BU on messaging and value prop for 'gap' assets
Brief external agency and work with agency to develop 'gap' assets, liaising with RTR and the BU through production to ensure approval.
Work with the brand team to approve final creative of new assets before collating all into a full campaign kit.
Build the campaign on partner portals and develop a communication plan with NA partner marketing team to launch and promote campaign kits to NA partner community.
Measure and report on the utilization of all campaigns -- centrally and regionally -- collaborating with the NA Partner Marketing Team to collate partner feedback for the continuous improvement of campaign content and requirements.
Provide strategic assistance regarding campaign usage to regional team
Provide monthly central update on all campaigns
Provide bi-weekly regional updates on all campaigns
Responsible for liaising with marketing and sales operation teams on both regional and global projects
Manage and participate in strategic projects that require Partner Marketing involvement, identifying the ask, the participation, actions and deliverables for the Partner Marketing craft.
MUST HAVE
- B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience within the software/tech or financial services industry for resellers partners.
- Excellent at building content assets, awareness of marketing funnel and nurture, digital tactical delivery.
- Strong attention to detail, with strong proof-reading skills.
- Strong project management skills, and working to tight deadlines.
- A strong individual contributor and team player, willingness to share experience across the organization.
- Ability to manage teams remotely and work effectively across a highly matrix organization.
- Accountability is important to you, and you're known for your ability to authentically build relationships, and instill trust and influence.
