Legal Administrative Coordinator

Post-secondary diploma in a recognized Administrative or Legal Assistant program, or combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience working in an administrative or legal support role.
Ability to independently manage own workload with well-developed organizational and time management skills and handle changing and competing priorities.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including proofreading with keen attention to detail and the ability to draft substantive written communications.
Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point Foxit, matter management and document management software). Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information as part of daily duties.
Experience with a document compare system would be an asset.The successful candidate must consistently demonstrate professionalism, diligence, tact, discretion, and reliability.
