- Champion Health \& Safety and sure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the team's recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring staffing levels are always met.
- Drive employee engagement \& morale initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee group benefits and RSP/DPSP administration to support our employee's well-being.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure seamless HR operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve employee retention and maximize workforce potential.
