Our client, a leading healthcare association is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant bringing previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordinating meetings for a large team.
- Manage logistics for in-person and hybrid meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, preparing materials, and distributing agendas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, such as CRM contacts, committee membership lists, and corporate files.
- Liaise with hotels to coordinate event logistics, including accommodations, space bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Handle administrative tasks like processing invoices, preparing cheque requisitions, and managing vendor contract requests.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative support experience, with a focus on calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Must have experience working in healthcare, hospital, association, or regulatory body setting.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while supporting a large team.
- Friendly, dynamic personality with a proactive approach to tasks and teamwork.
