We're looking for driven, results-focused individuals to join us as Telus Field Sales Agents . In this role, you'll be on the front lines, engaging with clients, identifying their needs, and delivering top-tier solutions. You'll build strong client relationships and work independently and as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
What you will be responsible for doing in this opportunity:
- Sales \& Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers in person, delivering tailored sales presentations that highlight product value. Confidently close deals by addressing client needs, overcoming objections, and providing compelling solutions.
- Product Knowledge \& Market Awareness: Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance. Educate clients on product benefits while maintaining a professional image and representing the company with excellence.
- Lead Generation \& Relationship Building: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while building strong customer relationships. Deliver exceptional service to drive client satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and maximize long-term success.
What we are looking for:
- Education:High school education is required, a Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You're excited to learn about business and sales strategies from the ground up.
- Team Player : You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to help the team succeed. Awesome Communication Skills: You're a natural with people, whether in person or on the phone.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
