My client is urgently seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support medical imaging systems in Toronto, ON . This role requires someone with experience in Nuclear Imaging, MRI, or CT (nuclear preferred). The FSE will work independently from home but must be on-call for site visits as needed, with a 60-80% travel requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for nuclear imaging, MRI, and CT systems.
- Support installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls in the Toronto area.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve serviceability and reliability.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in medical imaging service, ideally from GE, Philips, or Siemens.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Nuclear imaging experience preferred, followed by MRI.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively resolve issues.
