Warehouse Associate (Logistics, Supply Chain Setting)
Job Description : Our client is looking for a Warehouse Associate (Logistics, Supply Chain Setting) in Aurora, ON.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Prepare customer shipments, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling with carriers through digital logistics tools.
- Conduct inbound and outbound material handling and ensure physical stock matches system records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prioritize urgent orders and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Perform routine warehouse tasks including restocking, organizing inventory, and general upkeep.
- Maintain compliance with operational procedures and health \& safety protocols.
- Learn and support the implementation of inventory and shipping software systems.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous learning.
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- Able to adapt quickly to changing demands and prioritize tasks independently.
Proven Experience In :
- 2--3 years in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain setting.
- Experience with commercial shipping platforms and carriers.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office); familiarity with warehouse systems or ERPs is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a comfort level with numbers.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting items up to 60 lbs safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
