Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client in Toronto. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and a background in food service who are looking to grow within a supportive and established team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and schedule front-line food service staff
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow
Manage inventory, place orders, and control stock
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

1+ year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service setting
Excellent communication and team management skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Must be currently residing in Canada with valid work authorization
