Organize and manage shift schedules
Motivate team members through regular coaching and feedback
Customer ExperienceEnsure fast, friendly, and professional service
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Food Quality and SafetyMonitor food preparation and service to meet quality and safety standards
Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health regulations
Operational EfficiencyManage inventory and control food and labor costs
Streamline daily operations for maximum productivity
Training and DevelopmentProvide structured onboarding for new hires
Support ongoing training and employee development
Administrative TasksMaintain records related to scheduling, inventory, and food safety
Work Schedule:8-hour shifts (morning, day, or evening)Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of food service experience (within Canada)Minimum 3 years of food service experience (outside Canada)English proficiency with CLB 6 or higher
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent understanding of food safety standards
Comfortable using technology related to food service operations
