This new luxury mixed-use development in Toronto includes approximately 300 residential rental units, blending upscale living with exceptional amenities and service. Your New RoleAs the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of building performance and resident satisfaction.
You'll lead a team of three service professionals, taking ownership of team coaching, development, and performance, while maintaining the building's excellence and supporting its long-term value. Key Responsibilities Include:Supervising daily operations and maintenance tasks across a luxury residential portfolio
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of three maintenance technicians
Ensuring timely response and resolution of work orders and preventative maintenance
Participating in the on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies (must have reliable transportation)Collaborating with property management on capital improvements and vendor coordination
Maintaining compliance with building codes, health \& safety standards, and internal policies
What You'll Need to Succeed:Strong experience in luxury residential or mixed-use rental properties
Previous exposure to new development/start-up properties is strongly preferred
Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop teams effectively
High attention to detail and service excellence
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
Must have reliable transportation for emergency on-call needs
