Key Accountabilities Include
- Perform and leverage DI's client segmentation to create and support targeted organic growth initiatives, client engagement tactics, and business value proposition enhancements
- Prepare structured data analyses, often in time-sensitive circumstances, and be able to summarize key insights into a coherent, concise communication suitable for executive consumption.
- Collaborate with partners in Data \& Analytics teams across Wealth, Marketing, and Phone Channel to understand complex business issues and develop innovative data-driven insights and solutions.
- Support the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights \& Analysis in the execution and control of regular reporting, campaign fulfillment, and non-standard pricing processes, ensuring proper documentation.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement (through process improvements, automation, improved documentation, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of and familiarity or hands-on experience with self-directed investing platforms
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau) preferred
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint, including experience developing business documents and leadership presentations with clear, compelling communications
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
