In This Role, You Will
- Leverage your strong storytelling skills to identify clear takeaways and influence a variety of teams' roadmaps
- Develop strategy and lead execution of cross-functional go-to-market for new launches
- Partner with Product, Design and Marketing colleagues on driving cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with high impact product initiatives
- Collaborate across marketing to develop assets and campaigns to support product awareness, growth and engagement
- Enable field teams to sell and drive adoption of products and features, serving as their key product subject matter expert
- Define and measure product performance, making optimizations and recommendations to drive further growth
- Build positive relationships across the organization, with the ability to lead cross-functional team projects
- Present strategy and results of major company initiatives to senior-level business partners

- 5-6 years relevant work experience in Product Marketing within a B2B context. Open to management consulting, with experience oriented towards marketing and/or B2B technology.
- BA/BS degree required. MBA is a plus.
- Primary research skills, including qualitative and quantitative research design
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to weave insights into a product narrative
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving "get it done" environment
- Creative problem solver, with an entrepreneurial approach and high degree of ownership to deliver measurable results
- Proven track record of leading strategic, cross-functional projects, programs and go-to-markets
- Strong project management skills and proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and building consensus among multiple partners at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience messaging to a variety of internal and external audiences and ability to distill complex technical ideas and translate them into product benefits
- Experience with the hospitality industry is a plus
