We're growing and looking for a Senior Paid Media Expert.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking media buyer with a sophisticated understanding of modern ad strategies, tracking, marketing technology, reporting and in-platform optimization. The ability to lead strategic media planning and the ability to align campaigns with broader business objectives is critical to success.
As a Senior Paid Media Strategist , you'll be the architect and executor of advanced campaigns across Google Ads , Meta , LinkedIn , TikTok, and beyond. This isn't just behind-the-scenes ---you'll have client relationships, present strategic roadmaps, and manage projects from pitch to performance. You'll work alongside and collaborate with other channel experts (CRO, SEO, Creative).
++Job Roles and Responsibilities:++
- Launch and optimize Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns
- Lead client strategy calls and present campaign performance with confidence
- Manage and refine tracking using Google Tag Manager , GA4, and CRM integrations
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional digital strategies
- Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates and emerging ad tech
- Guide 7--10 clients with thoughtful prioritization and clear communication
- Create sharp, insightful reports that connect campaign results to business goals
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the OpenMoves team
++Requirements:++
- 5+ years of hands-on digital media buying experience (agency or in-house)
- Deep platform knowledge of Google Ads and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Experience with CRM integrations, tracking, GA4, and GTM
- Proven client leadership skills---you're confident running a Zoom and owning the room
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bonus points for experienced communicators in SEO, CRO, creative, or web dev collaboration
