Job Title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Toronto, ON (On-site 3 days/week)
Duration: 4-month contract with potential to extend
Salary: $45-$50 per hour
Our client, a large global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support their internal recruitment function. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment forroles across key corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior roles across corporate functions

Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategy

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates

Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the selection process

Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Candidate Profile:
-Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within large, corporate environments

Proven experience recruiting across a broad range of business functions

Exposure to technical recruitment is an asset

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to represent a highly professional, corporate brands
