Job Overview
In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for clients in Toronto. The work setting is within private homes located at George St. \& Adelaide.
Shift Details
24/7 shifts available: 9am-9pm and 9pm-9am.
Role Responsibilities
- Basic meal preparation
- Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADLs)
- Light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Medication reminders
- Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Responding to emergency situations
- Completing daily shift reports for Case Managers
Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Foreign Nurse credentials are considered
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Mobile phone for timesheets and care plan updates
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow care plans and provide excellent customer service

Compensation
$20 per hour.
