About the Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with the account services team, you'll shepherd opportunities through our sales process, including pitch and SOW development
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, driving growth and building cross-departmental relationships by negotiating renewals, expanding our reach, and presenting new ideas to customers
- Support new business development within existing customers
- Manage existing accounts, account plans, and serving as a point of first contact for your clients within Orium
- Maintain strong working relationships with delivery teams, to support engagements according to the scope and with a high degree of quality
- Attend and participate in meetups, conferences, and other industry events
- Review delivery teams' implementation to ensure alignment to vision, goals, and that the solution is meeting the identified customer success criteria / KPIs
- Help lead roadmap planning, various design and strategic workshops, quarterly business reviews, and project check-ins as a trusted advisor to the client
- Able to travel to meet customers and partners across the Americas (global travel may be required but few and far between, if so)
Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years experience in account management, customer success, sales or business development
- 3 years experience working in a professional services customer-facing role; must be comfortable communicating with clients
- Proven experience managing accounts with projects or offerings across websites, e-commerce experiences, or other design/development opportunities
- Knowledge of the digital commerce landscape and an understanding of the emerging technology ecosystem, including Composable Commerce, modular DXP, customer data platforms, and journey orchestration
- Comfortable juggling many responsibilities at one time and playing different roles on the team and in projects if necessary
- Strong presentation skills to showcase learnings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and gain their buy-in
- Experience in aligning teams and bringing together several stakeholders through collaborative work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Prior experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics; GAIQ certification is an asset.
- Experience working with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and/or A/B and Multivariate
- Professional working fluency in Spanish is a bonus; however, is not required
- Experience with modern digital tools and an openness to integrating AI-powered solutions to enhance development efficiency, automation, and problem-solving.*
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted decision-making, workflow automation, and its impact on software development processes.*
- A mindset of continuous learning, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and trends.*
- AI expectations will vary by role---some positions will focus on AI exploration and experimentation, while leadership roles may drive AI adoption and strategy.

- The Canada On Target Earnings range for this role is $140,000 - $155,000 CAD. Orium lists this range in good faith, reflecting the expected base salary for this role in the specified locations as of this posting. The pay offered will depend on several relevant factors, such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs. Please note, this range does not include any benefits that may be included as part of the total compensation package.
