Role Overview: Operations Manager Power Kitchen and its other brands and business lines in both B2C and B2B markets
Key Responsibilities: Kitchen \& Operations Management:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Manage kitchen staffing, including scheduling, labor cost control, and optimizing workforce productivity.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained, minimizing downtime and repair costs.
- Work directly with the CEO to align operations with budgetary goals and strategic objectives.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to streamline costs and ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients.
Cost Control \& Financial Oversight:
- Maintain accurate tracking of key supply costs, including price per KG of different cuts of beef and chicken.
- Identify opportunities to reduce COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) through supplier negotiations, bulk purchasing, and process improvements.
- Implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce labor costs without compromising quality.
- Review and oversee timesheets, payroll, invoices, and bills to ensure accuracy and cost control.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure correct categorization and input of COGS and other expenses.
Logistics \& Delivery Management:
- Ensure that all logistics, packaging, and meal deliveries are executed efficiently, meeting quality and timing standards.
- Optimize delivery routes and packaging solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
Qualifications \& Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in large-scale food and beverage operations management.
- Strong knowledge of food production, procurement, inventory control, and cost management.
- Experience managing kitchen teams, scheduling, and labor cost optimization.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management, pricing strategies, and vendor negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with food safety regulations, HACCP compliance, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a significant asset and highly preferred.
