We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to play a pivotal role in elevating our customer experience and optimizing our operational efficiency. This full time, in-person, multifaceted position encompasses the management of key business areas, including customer service, shipping and receiving, marketing support, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is based in Toronto and will be a self-starter with a passion for delivering outstanding service and contributing to a dynamic and growing business.
Shipping and Receiving Prepare products meticulously for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging. Maintain organized shipping and receiving documentation and manage shipping schedules. Collaborate in the development and execution of marketing strategies by assisting in looking at data, creating assets and all other duties as assigned to support the marketing team.
Provide support in the planning and execution of promotional events and initiatives. Strategic Inventory Management Implement and maintain effective inventory control processes, including regular stock checks and cycle counts. Accurately update and manage inventory records in our systems.
