Our client in Toronto, ON is actively looking for an Operations Manager to join their team.Position Description:Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments are running efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and business goals
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and support cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health \& safety standards
Evaluate and improve supply chain, logistics, and inventory control processes
Skills \& Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field5 years of experience in an operations or management role
Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset
Knowledge of operational best practices and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
