We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Rigaud branch

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
- Daily invoicing and receiving
- Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and receipts;
- Verify customer account statements and distribute them to the concerned parties.
- Prepare the sales report as needed.
- Answer calls and emails and direct customers to the appropriate department as needed.
