The Contracts Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's contracts are aligned with corporate policies and legal requirements, while providing support to the area contract teams. This position will oversee the development and management of a comprehensive contract repository and process flow, ensuring that contracts are reviewed for compliance, tracked effectively throughout their lifecycle, and that key deadlines such as expirations and renewals are proactively managed. By working closely with area teams, the Contracts Specialist will ensure consistency in contract processes and help mitigate risk across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, revise, and approve contracts to ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements, while managing a centralized repository for contract storage and tracking.
- Develop and implement systems to track contract lifecycle dates, providing automated alerts for upcoming expirations and renewals, and collaborate with decentralized teams to maintain accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for area contract teams, providing guidance, training, and process improvements to ensure alignment with corporate contract management practices.
