Position Overview:
The Financial Planning Analyst will work with regional finance teams to prepare and support financial analysis and reporting for global results.

Job Description:
Major Job Functions:

Prepare reports and support analysis accurately and timely.

Develop financial models for requests such as free cash flow, revenue, profit margin, and regulatory impact analysis.

Assist in ad hoc financial analysis.

Conduct research as needed.

Perform peer checks for report accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and support monthly/quarterly reporting packages and presentations for leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Conduct variance analysis on financial and commercial results.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Complete recurring and ad hoc analyses and presentations.
Education \& Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; working towards CPA or MBA; understanding of IFRS.
- 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Strong financial, reporting, and analytical skills with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive relationship building.
- Effective time management to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Strong system aptitude, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables); experience with PowerBI and report development is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated learner and team player.
- High standards for quality output.
