We are seeking a Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience to assist under close supervision in designing, developing, modifying, debugging, and evaluating programs across various functional areas such as finance, human resources, manufacturing, and marketing. Responsibilities include analyzing existing programs, formulating logic for new systems, devising logic procedures, preparing flowcharts, performing coding, testing/debugging programs, developing conversion and system implementation plans, and preparing documentation. The role ensures adherence to business policies and procedures.
