Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join a tight-knit management group within a heavy machinery auctioneering organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of 16 sales representatives, including one team lead, and will be responsible for driving results through accountability, activity, and coaching. This role requires a strong background in sales management, with a focus on high-volume lead environments.
Requirements:

Proven background in sales with a growth path

Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Suite (Excel)

Responsibilities:

Conduct biweekly one-on-one meetings with sales reps

Weekly call shadowing and coaching

Lead daily morning huddles to review results, set direction, and discuss monthly and quarterly strategies

Develop and implement training materials and onboarding processes for new hires

Drive results through accountability and coaching to improve quality

Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution
