Presently, we are seeking a Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for an individual to work with a desire to join a fast paced customer based industry with enormous growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Ability to build relationships and develop social networks of highly skilled technical professionals
Recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews) for full time opportunities locally and nationally
Prescreen employment applications and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
Coordinate face to face interviews with short listed candidates with hiring managers
Prepare and post job postings/advertisements
Meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s).
Skills:
Graduate in a Post Secondary College or University Program
Previous Recruitment experience an asset not a must
Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external candidates.
Team player with excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of information effectively
Experience with and an interest in social media tools and social media trends
