Job DescriptionThe purpose of the role is to support the client in all matters pertaining to any supply issues and act as a conduit to resolve said issues between vendor partners and client. Duties might include supply disruption mitigation, missing or shorted items review, conflict resolution between drivers and staff or other issues arising as a result of vendor error. The end goal it to help the client alleviate issues and encourages vendor accountability while maintaining a positive working relationship. Additionally, it involves acting as a consultant to client, finding cost savings and/or quality improvement opportunities for their support services business, while enabling client to access Aramark programs and resources to support implementation of leading practice opportunities in their business. Duties include the preparation of reports and financial information for the client with the support of financial clerical/analyst resources that you manage.
Job Responsibilities• Act as a consultant to the client providing current best practice opportunities and cost saving initiatives that can be leveraged as part of the Aramark buying power. • Resolve vendor issues, mitigating problems that might occur due to any multitude of problems. Duties might include supply disruption mitigation, missing or shorted items review, and resolving other issues arising as a result of vendor error. • Leverage Aramark supply chain resources to source products, equipment and supplies as required by the client to fulfill any unique issues or challenges that they are facing.• Adapt to find ways to proactively meet everchanging client needs in a dynamic world.• Prepare reports and financial information for the client, as well as billing, with the support of financial clerical/analyst resources that you manage. Ensuring that vendors and contractors invoices are paid, and payments are made in a timely manner.• Prepare financial statements for Aramark and the client to ensure timely billing. Monitor budgets as they apply to Aramark and the client.• Coordinate access to Aramark support services programming and resources, supporting implementation and use of these resources.• Act as client liaison and partner, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to perform key tasks and initiatives. • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Aramark office. Monitor the activities of both Aramark and Client to ensure that deliverables of the contract are met
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree• Minimum 4-7 years combination education and experience• Hospitality Services Management (Food Services, /Housekeeping, /Laundry) (ideally in an acute care or long-term care healthcare environment)• Support services, supply chain and financial management knowledge, • Adaptable, proactive, responsive, active listener, relationship builder, presenter• Registered Dietitian or CSNM designation (preferred)
