This role is offered on a 12month Maximum Term Contract/Secondment basis. About the Role As a key member of our Organisation Solutions team, you will: Translate business needs into sustainable Workday system solutions Lead requirement analysis and support functional design processes Engage stakeholders across People & Capability (P&C) and the business Facilitate change and communication planning for system enhancements Prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives using human-centred design Drive efficiencies through automation and continuous innovation About You You’re a problem solver and collaborator with a passion for improving HR processes and systems. You bring a combination of: Demonstrated Workday knowledge, preferably with elevated access Experience in HR operations or business improvement Proven success in delivering HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, etc.) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to navigate complexity and prioritise effectively Innovative mindset with a focus on customer and member experience Skills in business analysis, process improvement, and human-centred design Exposure to project and change management within an HR context Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field is desirable What’s in it for you?
