Job Description: As a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst you will support the development of the Mars Food & Nutrition inventory strategy, implement the strategy into the North America region, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally you will report on the Supply Chain KPIs of the region into S&OP creating visibility of the actual and forecasted Supply Chain performance in the region. You will use your understanding of the strategy and the performance to drive insights and continuously improve performance. What are we looking for? Minimum: Bachelor's Degree. High level of numeracy and analytical capability. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with excellent knowledge of English (fluent written and oral). Advanced Level of Excel (XLookups, Index-Matching, Deterministic Modelling, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros). Proven digital capabilities: Power BI and/or Tableau (Live data source, Front-end personalization and Back-end understanding). Preferred: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering. Experience within Supply. Experience in SAP. What will be your key responsibilities? Works closely with the Global Planning BPOs to drive improvements and successfully deployment of the system/tools across the region. Process supported: E2E Inventory Control. Support development of the Mars Food & Nutrition inventory strategy Execute inventory management standards, guidelines, and procedures. Support process to segmentize the supply chain according to the strategy by identifying different business needs (Lead times, safety stocks, etc). Implement the approved strategy, review and propose continuous improvement. Set-up targets and drive inventory target delivery (Finished Goods, Raws & Packs). Provide visibility into S&OP Report on Supply Chain KPIs for the Region. Create transparency and visualize the actual and forecasted Supply Chain performance towards stakeholders with a focus on inventory of Finished Goods, Raws and Packs. Trigger deep dives, action plans and next steps to get back to target, when off-track. Generate Insights Use their understanding of Supply Chain and the data to recognize where we are out off-track, trend in the wrong direction, or opportunities lie to further drive optimal Service, Cash & Cost. Use tools and apps available to create new solutions based on the teams needs to create easier access and better visibility to Supply Chain KPIs.
