About Offstreet
At Offstreet, we're on a mission to simplify parking permit management for universities and parking operators. Our platform replaces spreadsheets, pay stations, mobile payment apps, and other clunky tools with a flexible, reliable, and user-loved solution.
We’ve built strong momentum in the market, and as we look to scale, we’re doubling down on what makes us great—an empathetic, insight-driven approach to solving real customer problems.
Why We’re Hiring
As we scale our product efforts, we're looking for a UX/UI Designer to unlock deeper exploration of design solutions and enable our product team to focus on understanding the market, customer needs, and Offstreet's future opportunities. Our current structure stretches product across both discovery and solution execution, and our design resources are limited, reducing our ability to explore alternatives with users and engineers.
This role will bring essential design capacity to our team so we can:
Increase our understanding of customer challenges
Design more thoughtful, validated, and high-impact solutions
Deliver polished, intuitive, and delightful experiences across our platform
What You’ll Do
Contribute to the design system: Help maintain and evolve Offstreet’s design language to ensure consistent, scalable UI across the platform.
Explore solutions: Translate research, feedback, and business goals into multiple design directions, validating ideas with users and engineers.
Collaborate deeply: Work as part of a tight product trio (PM, engineering, design), and interface directly with customers and internal stakeholders.
Design for real-world complexity: Create clean, simple interfaces for workflows that must handle nuanced permit, event, and integration logic.
Prototype and validate: Use Figma and other tools to prototype interactions, run usability tests, and make data-informed design decisions.
Who You Are
You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a bias for action and iteration.
You are deeply curious about users and love uncovering problems.
You’re comfortable owning the design process from ideation through delivery.
You have experience designing B2B SaaS or complex admin tools.
Experience with AI prototyping tools is a strong asset.
You’re fluent in Figma and confident working alongside developers in agile teams.
You understand trade-offs and prioritize impact over pixel-perfection.
Previous experience (3+ years) in UX/UI design is an asset, but not required.
Our Values
At Offstreet, we’re not just building great software—we’re building a team of people who care deeply about doing great work, together.
Build the Best Experience ?
Our long-term advantage is the experience we create. “Product” isn’t just software—it’s how customers interact with us at every touchpoint. We are extremely customer-centric and build the best solutions for them, guided by the best ideas - not egos, titles, or hierarchy.
Own the Outcome ?
We care deeply about our mission, vision, and success. We take ownership of our work and hold ourselves accountable for our results. We take initiative, find solutions, and continuously improve.
Good Vibes, High Standards ?
We treat people with respect, stay positive, and push each other to be great. We challenge ideas, welcome feedback with humility, and leave our egos at the door. We succeed together by holding ourselves and our teammates to high standards.
We’re looking for people who are excited to grow, get creative, and push boundaries in a supportive environment. If that sounds like your vibe—you’ll fit right in.
