Reporting to the Manager, Coaching & Facilitation, you will be responsible for coaching leaders, delivering development programs, and providing expertise in leadership, performance management, and succession planning. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our most important asset – our people. You will be responsible for: Coaching team members and leaders using tailored approaches to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance. Debriefing various assessments, including 360-degree feedback. Creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and resources to support team members and leaders with career and personal development. Delivering leadership workshops and training programs to address development needs. Acting as a subject matter expert on leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and emotional intelligence. Staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in leadership development, succession planning, emotional intelligence, and performance management. You have: 5+ years of leadership development experience ideally within a retail, customer-centric organization. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline. Certifications such as EQ-i, Insights, or a CPHR designation are considered assets. A background in debriefing detailed assessments and delivering workshops. Experience with HR information systems. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You are: Self-aware, empathetic, and possess a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Professional, diplomatic, and always maintain confidentiality. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An effective communicator who can influence all levels within an organization while navigating emotionally charged conversations.
