The job involves: Overseeing the overall day-to-day management of the Momentum, Group Operations team and the execution of promotions. Actively engaged in recruitment, training, developing, supporting, supervision and evaluation of team members Creating and modifying Departmental schedules according to business levels and FTE’s Running reports and analyzing data with an eye towards business planning and improving operational efficiency and performance Creating and leading work groups and committees focused on enhancing customer service and departmental and company performance Acting as a liaison between senior leadership and Casino personnel Developing and implementing Departmental policies and procedures Ensuring adherence to both company and departmental policies and procedures Fostering great interdepartmental relationships and communication Monitoring activity within workstations at momentum and group operations Handling customer service issues to ensure timely follow up and resolution. Self-Exclusion Management including customer review within ITrack and CMP, release of accounts within both systems, and engagement directly with OLG on the Self Exclusion program and CMP accounts. Providing Supervision and assistance in the execution of promotions and tournaments at both properties. Assisting with the execution of bus programs and dealing with bus operators and group leaders. Responsible for the controlling and issuing of promotional items, vouchers, offers, controlled forms and complimentaries. Ensuring the integrity of the CMP program as it relates to new memberships and transactions. Develop and implement strategic action plans for Marketing and Staffing initiatives. FTE management. Budget preparation and management Other duties as assigned Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation The ideal candidate has: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Minimum 2 years progressive experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality and Gaming Excellent computer skills (CMP, NMRS, ACSC, Excel, Power-point, Word, Outlook and Kronos) Proven experience in CX, staff relations, guest relations, budgets, FTE management. Proven leadership, supervisory and team building skills, Strong conflict resolution skills.
