What are your contributions to the team?
Create, validate, issue estimates and cost analyses for all types of jigs used in the manufacturing and assembly of aircraft components,
Interpret sketches, drawings and other engineering documents used in aircraft component development and manufacturing strategies, good 3D visualization and analytical skills,
Actively participate with other support departments on major projects (repatriation or outsourcing of manufacturing processes),
Provide technical support (budget or actual estimates) to the various production sectors,
Harmonization of tooling plans with the different functions, in order to properly implement them in production (action file),
Planning tooling projects in collaboration with the different teams.
How to thrive in this role?
You have a technical college and/or equivalent experience,
You have 5 or more years of experience in aeronautics,
You have knowledge of all types of jigs used in the aircraft component assembly process or equivalent,
You are familiar with all types of machining equipment required for tool manufacturing processes,
You have excellent team spirit, good judgment, are innovative and have good decision-making skills,
You are familiar with MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
You are familiar with computer-assisted design software such as Catia, AutoCAD and Enovia,
You are familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning software (SAP, Mac/Pac, CAPP/D, other databases depending on the site,
You have excellent planning, communication skills and enjoy teamwork,
You are fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
