Apprentice Motorcycle Technician - Pfaff Harley-Davidson, Concord, ON L4K 2M6 We’re looking for a dedicated and eager Apprentice Motorcycle Technician to join our team at Pfaff Harley-Davidson, right here in the GTA. What You'll Do: As an Apprentice Technician, you’ll work alongside experienced techs to learn the ropes of diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Harley-Davidson motorcycles. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with diagnosing and completing mechanical repairs under the guidance of licensed Technicians. Help perform work as outlined on repair orders with attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. Communicate with senior Technicians and the Fixed Operations Manager to ensure proper repair methods. Support the Parts Department by identifying required parts for repairs. Shuttle motorcycles to and from the service area safely. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the service department. Skills and Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Motorcycle Technician Apprenticeship Program. Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow in the trade. Valid Ontario Motorcycle License (M2 or higher) with a clean driving record. Ability to physically push and maneuver motorcycles is an asset.
