You Will: Ensure the VLC building(s) are in good working condition, including maintaining and repairing equipment, following a maintenance schedule, and responding to breakdowns or service requests Monitor equipment, parts, and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory and ordering necessary supplies General custodial duties, including cleaning of floors, washrooms, sale lanes, and groundskeeping Maintain the exterior of the property, including light landscaping, removing trash, and general upkeep Coordinate snow and ice removal from lots, walkways, and egress routes Assist Operations Manager with identifying and completing maintenance projects and repairs Must Haves: 2-5 years’ experience in a maintenance role Valid Drivers’ license is required Basic computer & smartphone skills required Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently Nice to Haves: Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions Bilingual in French and English is an asset Qualified/Experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/ or tow trucks is strongly preferred Sound like a match?
